Starting therapy can feel scary and intimidating
Starting therapy can feel scary and intimidating but the processes of understanding emotions, behaviors, and beliefs through a variety of theoretical models can bring awareness, calm and clarity. Although understanding is important, the work does not stop there.
It is my belief, that it is not enough to understand the origin of your feelings but to know how to take the steps that will lead to lasting change. I will offer practical techniques and suggestions that will help you learn to better manage your emotions, overcome obstacles and form the steps you need achieve your goals.
