About Hannah
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a psychotherapy practice in both New York City and Westchester County. I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. I have a BA in Theater and Communication from the University of New Hampshire and worked in the New York Theater both off and on Broadway.
After receiving my MSW, I spent ten years working at New York Presbyterian Hospital -Westchester Division, as an Advanced Clinical Social Worker and have an extensive background in behavioral techniques and coping skills for managing a variety of emotional difficulties. I helped to develop training programs for professional staff, was a clinical consultant throughout the hospital, and continue to provide clinical consultation as a discussant at case conferences.
I have training in variety of therapeutic approaches, but my belief is that each person and their needs are singular and I am committed to finding the right approach for each individual. It is this unique combination of experience in science and the arts, that I bring to the work of psychotherapy.
